A day for being thankful

Morning all!

Just wanted to give you all my thanks. Thanks for being my friends my family my connection to reality. I am thankful to be here. And I don't mean in Rhode Island for the holiday. (Though I am thankful for that as well) I mean I am so very grateful to have this experience of living. To have the hopes and fears and triumphs and greivous errors that we are all allowed to share.

We all have so much to be thankful for, but most of all we should be thankful to have eachother, and the time to share ourselves with eachother. Cars, homes, material things always pass away, and as much as we should be thankful to have or to have acheived the means to have these things, they are nothing compared to having our lives.

Live free and well, enjoy life and share happiness with everyone you know and love!

Another day, another well hopefully anyway...

Just in from another exciting week on the vineyard.. wewt.. only here for the weekend, do this gig in Orono and then it's back to legit business. I should be making a surprise visit to RI on monday, doing some quick work there and heading back to the vineyard on tuesday night...
I had the actives in the LB76A worked on this week, looking forward to playing that back in top form tomorrow as well as breaking out the LB76F (frettless!) for the first time with this group so that's exciting. Also I think I'm playing with/for the opening act as well so it's double duty for me tomorrow, let's see if I get paid that way ;)


Hmm just a thought, let's see if any of the RI folk still check up on this from time to time, and maybe it won't be such a surprise :) ok I'm tired all day in a truck cab with two other guys sucks bad... Besides haven't seen a real bed in like a week, wahoo I'm going to sleep well!

So I allowed myself to get excited about a possible job opportunity that when I arrived to apply for was no longer available... So well.. I have to go down to Martha's Vineyard this weekend to work with the brothers for a while.. . Exciting...
